The term “somatic” comes from the Greek word “soma,” which means “the body as perceived from within.” Therefore, somatic coaching emphasises the embodied experience, recognising that our physical sensations, emotions, and movements hold valuable insights and information.
As a somatic coach and bodyworker, my mission is to help you reconnect with your body in a profound and meaningful way. I want to support you in rediscovering your vitality, finding a sense of grounding, and experiencing deep relaxation. Together, we’ll explore this journey through heartfelt conversations and a variety of practices tailored to your needs, along with take-home exercises that encourage ongoing growth and awareness.
Throughout this journey, it's common for past traumas to emerge. When they do, we approach them with care and compassion, working through these experiences together. It’s essential to acknowledge that no trauma is too small or too large; each one shapes our ability to fully inhabit our bodies and live authentically.
